The Steward’s Next Step
Dear Friend,
When a soldier receives his uniform, he does not frame it, admire it, and put it on a shelf. He wears it. He trains in it. He sweats in it. And in time, he lives out the calling it represents.
So it is with the Uniform of the Steward.
Learning about stewardship is essential—but knowledge alone will not sustain us. If all we ever do is nod in agreement to biblical truths, yet never practice them, then the uniform stays folded. The world does not need more admirers of stewardship. It needs faithful stewards who will live it.
That is why I wrote the companion book, Putting on the Uniform of the Steward. It is not simply more lessons to be read—it is a guide for action. Within its pages you will find:
Tools to build God-honoring financial habits.
Techniques to shift from ownership to stewardship in daily life.
Encouragement to persevere when the journey feels long.
As the apostle Paul reminded us:
“It is required of stewards that they be found faithful.” — 1 Corinthians 4:2
Faithfulness cannot be studied only—it must be lived.
If Uniform of the Steward was the call to put on the uniform, then Putting on the Uniform of the Steward is the step-by-step equipping for the mission ahead.
The next step is waiting for you. Will you take it?
Faithfully,
Thomas

My daily habit is praying before big purchases.
